
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Lighten Up Salon & Spa has a 24 Hour cancellation/Rescheduling Policy.
This policy is in place out of respect for our service providers and other guests of our salon. We understand that everyone’s lives can be hectic and things do happen however; last minute notice, or no notice of cancellation at all, creates a time that can be difficult to fill and may also prevent someone else from being able to schedule in that time.
We ask that all guests please provide 24 hours notice cancellation either by phone, or email or voicemail in the event you need to reach us after
nours. Certain services will automatically require a non-refundable deposit OR credit card number on file. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we continually strive to provide excellence in everything we offer.
* A non refundable 50% deposit will be required for services scheduled for 2 hours or more.
